La Vinotinto shined against Peru (6–0) and drew 0–0 with Ecuador to reach 8 points after four matches.

Argentina and Colombia, who each had a bye in one of the matchdays of this window, follow with 7 points: La Albiceleste defeated Bolivia 8–0, while the Cafeteras drew 1–1 against La Verde.

Chile is the third team with 7 points, also with four matches played: they lost their first game to Peru and then defeated Paraguay.

The tournament will conclude with two windows in 2026: April 10 (MD 5), April 14 (MD 6), April 18 (MD 7); June 5 (MD 8) and June 9 (MD 9).

The top two teams will qualify directly for the World Cup, while the third and fourth will go to a playoff.
